En un bol barrejar la farina tamisada amb la sal i el royal..
En un altre bol barrejar bé la mantega fosa amb el sucre. Afegir-hi els ous i els plàtans xafats amb una forquilla..
Afegir la mescla del segon bol al primer..
Posar en un motlle de pa de pessic i enfornar. Coure aprox. 1h (vigilant al final que no es cremi) a 175ºC..
Treure del forn i deixar reposar uns 10 min. Desenmotllar i deixar refredar..
