- Batir los huevos y el azúcar por 2 minutos.
- Agregar aceite y mezclar denuevo.
- Agregar una banana pisada y otra en trocitos junto con la manzana y los frutos secos, también cortados en trocitos pequeños.
- Incorporar de a poco los ingredientes secos mientras que mezclás e ir agregando la leche alternadamente.
- Una vez homogénea la mezcla, colocarla en una budiera previamente aceitada o enharinada y mandarla al horno por 35 a 40 mins aprox. (Tip: pueden probar de hacer muffins rellenos con dulce de leche sin azúcar agregada que quedan buenísimos!!).
